Breathe! Your body gasps for oxygen!

Your body is the most efficient when your level of energy is high. One of the ways to increase your energy is through proper breathing. Sadly, most people don’t know how to breathe correctly.

Lack of oxygen plays a crucial role in your overall health. It is the main reason why your cells become cancerous. Athletes only experience one case of cancer to every seven in average Americans.
Through exercising they are giving their bloodstream the most important element – oxygen. That causes the stimulation of lymph movement which improves the immune system.

Aerobic exercise is a great way to oxygenate your body. Running is good but can put stress on your knees. Swimming is a better idea. However, one of the best activities, highly recommended by Tony Robbins, is trampolining.

Through healthy breathing your body is already getting what it needs the most. That’s why after an aerobic exercise you don’t feel hungry .This is a great way to loose weight…breathe !

If you don’t work out, you can still make major changes in your health just by following this simple breathing ratio: 

Inhale one count, hold four counts, exhale two counts. 

By exhaling for twice as long as you inhale you eliminate toxins via your lymphatic system. When you breathe, you should start from deep in your abdomen.
So stop and take 10 breaths, in the above ratio, at least 3 times a day.
 
There is no food or pill in the world that can do for you what proper breathing can. This life- enhancing form of exercise strengthens every organ in your body, prevents cancer, and help you loose weight.
